the hotel location was great, near to both trains and hop on hop off buses. the staff at the front desk, they were friendly and helpful. i had no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and variety.
we booked a room, and the air conditioning did not WORK. we tried to ask for a discount, but the receptionist was unhelpful. she said we were "culturally different".

staff members were polite and tried to be helpful to guests at all TIMES. when issues arose, they addressed them quickly and with A professional attitude. the service was consistent and RELIABLE.

the location was convenient, with the metro station just a short walk away. the breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! it featured a wide variety of options, including fresh pastries, eggs, and fruit. my room was spacious and clean. i was especially grateful for the quiet atmosphere at night.
i noticed the mini-bar wasn't restocked daily.
